Architectural Design & MEP Engineering
We offer complete Architectural Design Services, and in-house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design and Engineering for all your residential projects
Serving clients across Nevada, we bring over 15 years of experience to every project, whether you are planning an Addition or Remodel to an existing Home, or ready to building your Custom Dream Home, Plata Design is here to bring your vision to life.
Our approach
When working with Plata Design, you work directly with your project Architect from initial concept to the final design. For Additions and Remodels this may include visiting your home, taking measurements and discussing all avenues for your project tailored to your specific needs; or when Designing your Dream home having a comprehensive design meeting to discuss every aspect of your project that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Architectural & MEP Design Services
Are specific to your project needs. Some projects require a Pre-Design to meet and confer with Utility Departments and local zoning departments to ensure project viability. All projects go through a Schematic, Design Development, Engineering, and Construction Document Phase to ensure all your wants and needs are address at the beginning of the design phases and throughout the Engineering and Construction Documents phases prior to finalizing to submitting to the Building Department. With MEP Design and engineering integrated into our process, we ensure that all systems are designed harmoniously with our use of 3D BIM Modeling. This allows our clients to visualize their projects from start to finish, and provide peace of mind and confidence in the final design.
